| Happy New Year
Atleast its better than last year...
none of the dogs died *knock on wood*
and I'm not alone.....
My New Year's Resolution?
Be more outgoing---I guess....be more people friendly?
Its really hard for me to open up to people.
I guess I judge too soon....I don't trust people easily.
So, we'll see how it goes.

Thursday:
7:15-woke up...wanted to go back to sleep, but oh yea, we have school
7:30~12:30-had to sit through 4 periods until we were finally allowed to leave
1:00~4:45-pre-prom prep...god I hate dressing up....
5:00-Kamna's house---took bunch of pictures and whatnot
7:00~8:00-cocktail hour where everyone went "OMG you're gorgeous!" "OMG I love your hair!" and a lot of squeeling along w/ it
8:00~11:00-the actual prom part of prom---exactly what I expected---wasn't good, wasn't bad, but I had fun. It was a lot like banquet
Friday(the fun begins):
Slept over at Maggie's and woke up around 9. For about 3 hours we tried to decide what we were going to do(since we were planning to go to the shore but it was rainy that day) so....we finally decided to go to the city to go eat moroccan food. When we got there, we had trouble finding the place so we called them up and they told us where it is BUT they don't open until 6. But fortunately, we had a backup plan to go to a brazilian place. So we walked to the brazilian place and what do we see? The place is closed down. So after some fustration we decided to walk around(after eating some panini at a cafe). We then came across a shady underground lazer tag place. After some hesitation, we decided to go in and we played a game of lazer tag which was a blast!
We then went home and beth slept over at my house. We were bored so we decided to write a poem lol.
Saturday:
Woke up around 10 and ate breakfast. We layed around for awhile until around 1:00 and beth says: "we should start getting ready for vermont. We'll go in like 10 minutes" An hour later "we'll definitely go in 20 minutes" We ended up leaving around 4. After a four hour drive listening to music and beth cracking cheesy jokes, we finally make it to vermont. We slept like a rock that night
Sunday:
Woke up, ate breakfast. Shawn, Beth, and I decided to go hiking. The vermont scenery was beautiful but we were eaten alive by bugs! We then went up the mountain and touched snow(in 75 degree weather). We then found a bat which we named bernard(we thought it has rabies so we left it alone) Came home and decided to go fishing. Shawn taught me how to fish but I soon came to a conclusion: I suck at fishing. Afterwards, Beth, Brian, Nicole, and Amelia decided to go out to eat(even though we had a ton of food at the house). Shawn and I watched this weird Japanese Mafia movie where they spoke like 5 different kinds of languages. We then cooked some hotdogs and watched the end of X-men. Since I haven't seen the second one, we decided to watch that one too(but Shawn and I had to explain the movie to Beth even though she watched it twice before). We then watched "Saved" which was the weirdest movie I have ever seen.
Monday:
Went shopping in Manchester then beth and I decided to go back home to Jersey. Another 4~5 hour trip home(beth was high on sugar and I was high on caffeine---a lethal combination) We made it home (after sitting in traffic) and went to Beth's Uncle's house where we watched "Firewall"(not bad of a movie I must say). Afterwards, we went back to beth's house where I slept over.
Tuesday(Senior-Cut-Day):
Woke up early to go to Kamna's house to decide what we were doing. Since it was a nice day, we decided to go to Point Pleasant. There, we went on a bunch of rides(since it was unlimited rides on tuesdays). Then we spent a couple hours on the beach(the water was like 2 degrees!). Then 2 guys started checking us out but they weren't that cute(one was really lanky so we decided to name him "lanks") Then beth and I took a walk and saw a herd of hot guys who we drooled over(but unfortunately they left). After a looooong day at the shore, we decided to go to moroccan food for dinner. This is all I have to say: Moroccan food is my new favorite food. It was delicious.
I finally went home after being away fro about 4 days and collapsed
Yup. That was my weekend. So many memories made in only a few days. It was awesome.
Props to beth for driving all weekend. She was my weekend buddy. Luvs ya Bethers!
